What are the benefits of hiring a virtual volunteer coordinator?
A virtual VC (Volunteer Coordinator) - me! - is your go-to person for all things related to volunteer management. Choosing to hire me as your nonprofits VC will free you up to focus on other projects. You'll also save much needed time & resources compared to hiring a regular part or full-time employee: from saving on the cost of benefits + paying taxes, to office space and more!
What will starting this partnership look like?
The first 2-3 hours of your package will be spent going over your objective & goals of subscribing to this service.

We will discuss what your day-to-day and weekly needs are, as well as any special projects in need of attention.
What is the expected turn around time for general tasks and special projects?
All emails will be returned to the client within 24 hours - to include over the weekend. Volunteer coordination is a 7 day a week duty! If you'd like to speak by phone, you may schedule an appointment. I live in the EST and will maintain flexible hours in order to meet your needs!

The timeline for all special projects will be discussed in advance.
I'm local to Richmond, VA. Can I meet with you in-person?
Yes. However, all services provided outside of this location are virtual, only. I understand the importance of connection and each package offers an option for either one or two monthly e-meetings held on the platform of your choosing.
What happens if I need more support than the package I purchased?
That's no problem! Your nonprofit organization can purchase more hours for the month at the rate of your current package. If you find that you'll regularly need more hours than initally decided, you can change your package at any time.

How does monthly billing work? Is there a contract and if so, what's are the terms
Your Virtual VC is a monthly subscription type service with a required 3-month minimum contract to begin. Your first bill is due at the time you sign up.. You will be subsequently charged on the same day monthly, unless you cancel services.

There is no additional start-up cost or hidden fees: all services provided can be applied to the hours purchased in your monthly package.
